Return Policy

Eligibility

  • Return is permitted up to 7 days after purchase.
  • Items complete with packaging, tags and labels must be returned and in original unused condition.
  • Returns won't be accepted for items that have been damaged, abused or misplaced because of negligence.
  • Personalized or custom items made to order are not eligible for return.

Packaging

Please carefully put back the item into its original packaging together with all the accessories and documentation.

Shipping

Ship back the item to the specific address mentioned by our customer service agent. You will have to bear the cost of return unless the reason for return is our fault.

Refunds

We will initiate refund to your initial mode of payment once we receive the product back together with its physical verification. Please use the next 7 business days estimation for your funds' to reflect in your account.

Exceptions

Defective or Damaged Items

If you notice a defect or a damage in your item, please let us know as soon as possible. We will assist you in returning the item and will arrange for an exchange or a credit note.

Sale Items

Sale items are normally final sales and fall out of returns.
